Knock Off Zuppa Recipe

So last night I made my favorite soup, it’s a knock off from
Olive Garden’s Zuppa Toscana. I always get compliments on this soup and everyone who tries it wants the recipe, so I thought I should post it for everyone and maybe you’ll try it!

It’s super easy and really yummy, and now that it’s going to start getting a lot cooler it will come in handy.

I’ve taken out a few things to accommodate my family’s different tastes but feel free to make this your own and add fresh ingredients or extras to spice it up.

Side Note:
I always go to Lee’s Sandwiches and get fresh baked Baguettes to soak up the soup with, so don’t forget your bread.

You will need:
1 lb Ground Hot Italian sausage
15 Cups Water
8 Cubes of Chicken Bouillon
1 tbsp Garlic Salt
1 tbsp Onion Powder
1¼ lb Peeled & Cubed Russet Potatoes, or about 4 large Potatoes
1 Pint heavy cream
¼ of a Bunch of Kale

Prep:
*Peel & Cube your Potatoes
*Sautee Italian Sausage in pan, drain excess oil
*Wash & Chop Kale

Directions:
*Add warm Water, Chicken Bouillon, Garlic Salt and Onion Powder to your pot on high heat
*Add Potatoes and cook until soft, about half an hour.
*Add in the Sausage, Heavy Cream and Kale cook until thoroughly heated just before serving.

Delicious!
