Morning Sunshine!

I know it's not really morning as I write this, it's more like 4:45pm-ish on Sunday but to me it feels like morning. I've slept all day. I think I'm trying to fight off that little cold bug that everyone is catching, eww.

I hope every ones New Years Eve was fun & safe! We had a blast, we had so many visitors through out the day. My brothers friends stopped by, my cousins that I haven't seen in a while, of course the regulars who you can usually find here on NYEve, and Dula Dip even made a cameo before she hit the town.

We were having so much fun chit-chatting that we almost forgot the countdown, I think it was around 430am when I realized I was slurring and I should probably go to bed. We slept in the next day and just lounge around for the next two days eating and watching Six Feet Under.

When the last of our house guests left yesterday (Saturday morning) Hubby & I decided we should join the rest of the population and leave our house. We ditched the girls and left them to take care of my Momma while we ran a few errands and grabbed dinner, OK FINE the girls really ditched us for Chuck E Cheeses and shopping with my Momma.

We ended up over at Himbo's house till the early this morning (just a few of the cool kids hanging out enjoying Himbo luxurious hospitably) I can't believe I've had a four day weekend already I'm so ready for the weekend, again.

OMG, isn't Six Feet Under good stuff? I was sad to see it go. We would have watch parties at my friends mom's house. Now I've moved on to True Blood. Not the same but interesting.. to say the least.

Hope your New Year is wonderful.
